Lindsay Misiner is a talented independent artist, songwriter, and East Coast Music Award nominated performer based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  Misiner possesses a distinctive musical style that fuses Soul, R&B, and Pop influences, with echoes of artists like Erykah Badu, Macy Gray, and Amy Winehouse. Her artistry is marked by a vulnerability, with her compositions characterized by candid, clever lyrics that harmonize flawlessly with her soul-stirring vocals.

Lindsay's is currently working on her sophomore album, to be released on October 19th, 2024, in collaboration with Alex Meade. This upcoming project is highly anticipated and expected to further establish her as a powerhouse artist in the urban music scene.

Lindsay's musical journey began at a young age, starting to perform and write music when she was just 10 years old. Over the years, she has amassed a wealth of experiences and opportunities that have contributed to her development as an artist to watch, particularly in the Maritime region of Canada.

Notably, Lindsay Misiner has been a key figure in the Halifax music scene as leader of nine-piece Soul and R&B band "Lindsay Misiner & The 7th Mystic" for eight years, serving as the band leader and lead vocalist. The band achieved local success with the release of their self-titled full-length album April 12, 2023 which awarded them a nomination for “Best R&B/Soul Recording of the Year” in the 2024 East Coast Music Awards (winner announced May 2024) and toured various parts of the East Coast throughout 2015-2023. The band was also nominated in The Coast’s “Best of Halifax” as Best RnB band in 2023.

In addition to her work with the band, Lindsay has vigorously pursued her solo career, playing hundreds of shows, steadily sharing new music and collaborating with other artists. Her debut solo single, "Girls Like Me," released in March 2022, marked a significant milestone in her journey as a solo artist. Following that, she released the single "Another Day" in March 2023. In November of 2023, the remix for Misiner’s single “Another Day” was released, remixed by Broeseph.

Lindsay has also lent her vocals to tracks by other artists, including Hatfield’s “T.B.M.” in February 2022, Tommy Green Jr's "Burning One For Love," released in May 2023, and HARMZ's "Better Watch", released in September 2023. These collaborations showcase her versatility and ability to work with a diverse range of musicians and genres. Beyond this, Lindsay is expanding her involvement in the industry, particularly in the TV and film sector. She provided vocals for three actresses in the local film "The Madones," directed by Barrie Dunn, which premiered February 16th, 2024.
